Amdanom Ni · About Us
Our Story
Serving the community of Carmel, Gwynedd since 1952.
Ein Hanes · Our History
Over 70 Years at the
Heart of the Village
Carmel Village Hall was established in 1952 by the local community to provide a central gathering space for the village. What began as a simple meeting room has grown into a fully equipped, accessible venue serving hundreds of events each year.
From the early days of community dances and WI meetings, to today's yoga classes, children's parties and Welsh cultural evenings — the hall has always reflected the life of the village around it.
Managed by a volunteer committee of local residents, the hall is a registered charity dedicated to providing affordable, welcoming space for everyone in Carmel and the surrounding area.
